The accommodation of fee-paying international students is allocated at Campus Dormitory based on the institutional management's decision.

Applications for accommodation are accepted from July 27, 2026, 00:00 to August 9, 2026, 24:00 at the campus.kollegium@nye.hu email address. (Please note that applications received outside this specified period or sent via means other than email cannot be accepted.) Single room occupancy is NOT available. You will be notified of the decision regarding your application via email to the address from which your application was submitted by August 19, 2026, 18:00. In the case of a positive decision, the earliest move-in date to the accommodation is September 1, 2026.
Criteria Evaluated During the Admission Procedure
- Credit Check: The number of academic credits completed in the last two active semesters.
- Financial Arrears: Any outstanding financial debt or repeated payment reminders due to overdue debts constitute a disqualifying factor.
- Termination of Previous Agreement: If your housing agreement was previously terminated, your application will be rejected.
- Disciplinary Measures: Any active written warnings may result in a disadvantage or disqualification.
- Other Serious Offenses: Anti-social or severe misconduct (e.g., fighting, property damage) will result in immediate rejection.
- Ban from Premises: Any past or current ban from the residential buildings is a ground for disqualification.
